As a valued customer we will use e-mail from time to time to notify you of specials and sales as well as to follow-up with order, etc.</p> <h2>Changing or Cancelling an Order</h2> <p>Because product design and/or actual production begins shortly after your order is placed, please be aware of the following before placing your order. </p> <p>If you wish for any reason to cancel your order, you must notify Andrew Shirley & Company, Inc. (AS&C) within 72 hours of the original order date. If AS&C is given notice of a cancellation within 72 hours of the original order date, a refund will be issued in the same tender as your deposit payment. However, if your order has been started by AS&C or if materials have been purchased specifically for the order, all material and labor expenses (at current shop hourly rate) would be deducted from the deposit payment. </p> <p>Credit only will be given on any orders that are cancelled for whatever reason after 72 hours from the original order date and <strong><U>prior to product shipment</U></strong>. These later cancellations would be reviewed on a order-by-order basis, based on the amount of work already expended on each order to determine what credit, if any, might be issued. If you want to make any changes to specifications, materials or details, these would be subject to any appropriate up-charges or reduction in the materials and labor costs involved. </p> <h2>Unauthorized Cancellations</h2> <p>When the order is ready for delivery, you will be notified to schedule a delivery appointment. If you do any of the following, it will treated as an unauthorized cancellation of your order, subject to the greater of 1) a cancellation fee of 45% of your order plus actual shipping charges or 2) actual damages incurred by the company which includes additional shipping and restocking costs and lost company profits from the sale: 1) Refuse the delivery appointment of your product or 2) Refuse the shipment because at the time of delivery you see the product and decide it is no longer what you want or 3) Refuse delivery because the product arrives damaged and you deny AS&C the opportunity to solve the problem through a replacement part(s) or a replacement unit(s) or product repairman or 4) Refuse or return any product due to such variation in grain or color. Wood products do vary in grain. Andrew Shirley & Company does not guarantee that the grain and/or coloring will be consistent on any item or group of items.</p> <h2>Copyright and Trademark Notice </h2> <p>This site is owned and operated by Andrew Shirley & Company.
